POWER STRETCH (45 MINUTES) – GAIN FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND POWER WITH THIS CLASS THAT COMBINES BASIC STRETCHING MOVES, YOGA POSES, PILATE’S FLOOR WORK AND STRENGTH MOVES ALL IN ONE.

HI-LO COMBO (1 HOUR) – COMBINATION OF AEROBICS AND STRENGTH TRAINING
AEROBICS – CARDIO HI/LO, STEP, DOUBLE STEP, SALSA, BOOTCAMP & DANCE
STRENGTH – INCLUDES WEIGHTS, TUBES, BANDS, RESIST-A-BALL, ANDYOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT

YOGA (1.5 HOURS) – IT’S MORE THAN SIMPLY STRETCHING!! IT’S ABOUT BRINGING A GREATER AWARENESS OF OUR BODIES, BREATH AND MOVEMENT. YOGA ALLOWS ONE TO DEVELOP STRENGTH, POISE, FLEXIBILITY AND THE ABILITY TO CALM ONE’S SELF IN A VERY BUSY AND STRESSFUL WORLD!!

ADULT FITNESS CLASS (1 HOUR) – A GREAT WAY TO GET AND STAY HEALTHY AND FIT! THIS EXHILARATING CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BUILD AND ENHANCE MUSCULAR STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND FLEXIBILTY WITH USE OF TUBES, WEIGHTS, RESIST-A-BALLS, AND YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. YOU WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE AND INTENSITY LEVEL.

WATER AEROBICS (60 MINUTES) – STRENGTHEN, TONE & SCULPT THE ENTIRE BODY WHILE IN THE WATER!! ARE LAND EXERCISES TOO HARD ON THE JOINTS? THEN COME MAKE SOME WAVES AT THE COURT YARD!!

CARDIO KICKBOXING (1 HOUR) – THE ULTIMATE CARDIOVASCULAR CHALLENGE! BE PREPARED TO TONE YOUR ABS, ARMS, BUNS AND LEGS AND GET A KILLER CARDIO WORKOUT AT THE SAME TIME. THIS CLASS PROVIDES OVERALL PHYSICAL CONDITIONING THAT CAN IMPROVE ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, COORDINATION AND BALANCE. IT INCLUDES A COMBINATION OF BOXING, MARTIAL ARTS AND AEROBICS USING BASIC PUNCHES, KICKS AND SIMPLE COMBINATIONS. NO COMPLEX CHOREOGRAPHY. THIS IS A HIGH INTENSITY CLASS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS – YOU’LL LEAVE DRENCHED IN SWEAT AND FULL OF ENERGY.

YOGA/PILATES (1 HOUR) – INCREASE FLEXIBILITY AND JOINT MOBILITY, AND STRENGHTEN THOSE WEAK SPOTS WITH THIS GREAT COMBO OF HATHA YOGA AND PILATES. EXERCISES FOCUS ON DIFFERENT AREAS EACH WEEK AND INCLUDE UPPER BODY, BACK, LEGS, AND OUR “CORE” (ABS, BACK, BUTTOCKS, AND QUADRICEPS).

TONING ZONE INTEGRATED STRENGTH AND RESISTANCE TRAINING UTILIZING EQUIPMENT TO LENGTHEN, STRENGTHEN AND ENHANCE FITNESS PERFORMANCE.

FOCUSED AND FLEXIBLE THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE YOUR BALANCE, POSTURE, STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY BY FOCUSING ON CORE STRENGTH AND JOINT MOBILITY. WE WILL COMBINE PILATES MOVES AND YOGA POSES WITH EXERCISES ON THE BALL.

STEP CIRCUIT THIS CLASS INCLUDES BASIC STEP COMBINATIONS AT VARYING INTENSITY LEVELS, SPEED INTERVALS, AND WEIGHT TRAINING CIRCUITS FOR UPPER AND LOWER BODY TONING AND STRENGTHENING. THE CLASS IS FINISHED WITH 10 MINUTES OF ABDOMINAL WORK AND STRETCH.

ABSOLUTION (30 MINUTES) A SHORT, BUT INTENSE, NON-STOP WORKOUT DESIGNED TO BUILD AND STRENGTHEN YOUR ABDOMINAL AND LOWER BACK MUSCLES IN THIS HALF HOUR “KICK ABS” CLASS. CLASSICAL AB TRAINING WITH RESISTANCE CORE BODY WORK AND SOME WEIGHTED PILATES. DEVELOP SUPERIOR CORE STABILITY AND AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SET OF ABS.

WEIGHT TRAINING (1HOUR) THIS CLASS WILL USE LIGHT WEIGHTS 3LBS- 10LBS AND WITH 12 REPETITIONS. IT WILL TARGET THE BACK AND SHOULDERS, LEG, ARMS, CHEST AND ABS. THE CLASS WILL HAVE ABOUT A FIVE MINUTE WARM UP AND STRETCHING PERIOD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CLASS AND AT THE END. THE CLASS WILL NOT BUILD MUSCLE BUT WILL TONE THE BODY AND REPLACE FAT WITH MUSCLE. THIS WILL IN TURN BURN MORE CALORIES. WE WILL USE A COMBO OF EXERCISE WITH & WITHOUT WEIGHTS

STRENGTH & POWER STRENGTHENING AND SCULPTING WITH BURSTS OF ENERGY AND POWER. THIS LUNCHTIME WORKOUT FITS INTO YOUR LUNCH HOUR 11:50am TO 12:20pm.

ZUMBA!! ZUMBA FUSES HYPNOTIC LATIN RHYTHMS AND EASY TO FOLLOW MOVES TO CREATE A DYNAMIC WORKOUT. ROUTINES FEATURE INTERVAL TRAINING SESSIONS WHERE FAST AND SLOW RHYTHMS AND RESISTANCE TRAINING ARE COMBINED TO TONE AND SCULPT YOUR BODY WHILE BURNING FAT.
