Fitness & Aerobics
There’s a program to fit every need at Springside, from JR workouts for our young members to Senior classes. We offer a variety of aerobics and adult exercise programs to help our members firm up and stay toned. They include A.M. Stretch, Step, Hi/Lo, Muscle, Abdominal, and Specialty classes such as Kick Boxing and Spinning. For walking, jogging, and running, our 1/12th mile cushioned track encircling the basketball and volleyball courts is easy on the joints and available anytime.
