Sean Robbins has been a personal sports and fitness trainer since 1997. Sean specializes in personal fitness for
individuals of all ages and speed, strength and conditioning training for youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Sean has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Medicine and Recreation Administration, and minor degrees in Coaching and Religion. Sean is a National Federation of Professional Trainers certified Master Trainer, with specialist designations in the following:
- Advanced Personal Trainer
- Advanced Sports Nutrition
- Advanced Weight Training
- Advanced Endurance Training
Sean is not only certified through National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) but is a State of Ohio Representative of the company. This qualifies him to proctor NFPT personal training certification exams and teach NFPT workshops.
Sean was an accomplished University Track Coach who has trained over 20 NCAA All-Americans. Sean has competed and has received awards on an international level in his event of the long jump ranking him within the top ten in the world. Sean has also started a business aimed at developing sports and fitness training products. In addition to being a dedicated fitness trainer and athletic coach, Sean competed in track and field in the long jump event. He was a U.S. Olympic team alternate in 1996 and 2004.
