Outdoor Tennis Clinics

Racquet Sports

Springside features five Art Deco turf indoor tennis courts and six outdoor tennis courts. Outdoor courts are included in the membership fee, while indoor courts are reserved on an hourly basis. Reservations may be made one week in advance, and permanent court time is available September through May. For the avid player, unlimited memberships are also available. Racquetball at its finest can be enjoyed on our four parquet courts, which can also be used for wallyball. There are no court fees, and reservations may be made one week in advance. There’s a program to fit every need at Springside, from JR workouts for our young members to Senior classes. We offer a variety of aerobics and adult exercise programs to help our members firm up and stay toned. They include A.M. Stretch, Step, Hi/Lo, Muscle, Abdominal, and Specialty classes such as Kick Boxing and Spinning. For walking, jogging, and running, our 1/12th mile cushioned track encircling the basketball and volleyball courts is easy on the joints and available anytime.  Read More

We offer a full line of Cybex Selectorize Resistance equipment and Bodymaster Free-Weight equipment highlights our strength training area. Both lines are state-of-the-art and are known for their design, safety, effectiveness, and ease of use. Springside also features the popular assisted pull-up machine, which allows individuals of all fitness levels to perform pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips. Fall/Winter Saturday Junior Clinics will begin on September 12. No clinics on Sept. 19 and Nov. 26-27. Tiny Tots:  11:00am – 11:45am  A perfect way to introduce children to the game of tennis.  Emphasis is on the basics strokes of tennis, coordination development and group interaction.
